On October 7, Riot Games used the official LoL Esports site to announce the Riftbound product tied to the 2026 League of Legends World Championship: the Riftbound x Worlds 2026 Bundle. It costs $80 and, for now, can only be bought in person during the tournament, which this year is held entirely in the United States. For everyone else, Riot promises an online draw, with details still to come.
What's in the bundle
- A promo version of the Yasuo Legend.
- Three promo Battlefields, one per host city: Black Market (New York), Cosmic Vista (Los Angeles) and Hunters' Circle (Dallas).
- A premium-quality deck box and foiled card sleeves.
- A League of Legends in-game item, the Worlds Unvaulted Capsule 2026, which Riot says comes only with online purchases.
The Battlefields are the interesting part: they are special versions of cards from Radiance, Riftbound's fifth set, which does not reach shelves until October 23. As community site Riftbound.zone points out, Black Market makes both players draw, while Cosmic Vista scores a point for whoever holds it with an empty rune deck. In other words, buyers at the event will be holding cards from a set almost nobody has opened yet.
Where and when it's sold
Riot lists three points of sale: the Quarterfinals, the Semifinals and the Worlds Fan Fest in New York. According to the official LoL Esports schedule, the Swiss Stage runs from October 23 to 31 and the Quarterfinals and Semifinals from November 3 to 8, both at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, Texas, just outside Dallas. The Grand Final is on November 14 at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, and the Play-Ins in Los Angeles complete the three cities behind the Battlefield promos.
The big open question for players in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the rest of Europe is the online draw. Riot has not given a date or a list of eligible countries. There is a hopeful precedent: the Radiance booster display draw on Riot's official store was open to Europe with euro pricing, as we covered in our Radiance story. Assuming the same will happen this time is a guess, not a fact.
What it means for collectors
A product sold only at a live event and, at best, through a draw tends to climb quickly on the secondary market. If you want one, the sensible move is to wait for Riot to publish the draw rules before overpaying for a reseller's preorder. And if you do land the Yasuo or the Battlefields, add them to your collection to track their value alongside the rest of your Riftbound cards.
